What matters should be paid attention to when buying a sealing machine

1. Choose a carton sealing machine according to your own sealing form. There are two types of carton sealers: top, bottom and side carton sealers. Top and bottom carton sealing machines are commonly used, and the general drop-down cartoning method is suitable for this kind of carton sealing machine. Such as: bag packaging in the food industry, Tetra Pak, Tetra Pak, and roof packs in the dairy industry, conventional medical outer packaging boxes, etc. The horizontal push type packing method is suitable for the side sealing machine, such as: the whole case packaging of cans in the beverage industry, some carton-type packaging in the food industry, etc.

2. The sealing size of the case sealing machine will be different due to the different models of the case sealing machine. After selecting the type of carton sealing machine corresponding to the sealing size, workers need to adjust the height and width of the sealing box before the carton sealing machine enters the secondary packaging line. This form is suitable for secondary packaging lines where the size of the sealing box does not change frequently. Another type of carton sealer that can automatically adjust the height and width of the carton is called a fully automatic carton sealer. Before the carton is sealed, its sealing height is reduced to a minimum. The width of the sealing box is pulled to the maximum. The worker pushes the box to be sealed through the sensor in front of the sealing machine head. Through the induction of the sensor, the sealing machine automatically adjusts the height and width of the sealing box to complete the sealing action. This fully automatic carton sealing machine is suitable for secondary packaging lines that have differences in the size of the case during continuous sealing.
