Pre coated laminating machine is a specialized equipment that combines printed matter with pre coated plastic. Compared with instant coating laminating machines, their biggest feature is the absence of adhesive coating and drying parts. Therefore, this type of laminating machine has a compact structure, small volume, low cost, simple operation, and good product quality stability.

The pre coated laminating machine consists of four main parts: pre coated plastic film unwinding, automatic printing input, hot pressing zone lamination, and automatic rewinding, as well as auxiliary devices such as mechanical transmission, pre coated plastic film flattening, longitudinal and transverse slitting, and computer control system.

1. The automatic conveying mechanism for the input part of the printed matter can ensure that the printed matter does not overlap and enters the composite part equidistant during transmission. Generally, pneumatic or friction methods are used to achieve control, and the conveying is accurate and high-precision. When it comes to composite printed matter with small format, the above requirements can also be met.

2. The composite part includes the composite roller group and the calendering roller group. The composite roller group is composed of silicone heating pressure roller and pressure roller. The hot pressure roller is a hollow roller with an internal heating device, and the surface is forged with hard chromium, which is polished and finely ground; The temperature of the hot pressing roller is tracked and sampled by sensors, and calibrated by a computer at any time; The adjustment of composite pressure adopts an eccentric cam mechanism, and the pressure can be adjusted steplessly. The calendering roller group is basically the same as the composite roller group, consisting of a chrome plated pressure roller and a silicone pressure roller, but without a heating device. The main function of the calendering roller group is to composite the pre coated plastic film with the printed material through the composite roller group, and the surface brightness is not high. After being squeezed twice by the calendering roller group, the surface brightness and adhesive strength are greatly improved.

3. The transmission system is driven by a high-power motor controlled by a computer. After being decelerated by a first level gear, it drives the movement of the paper feeding mechanism and the rotation of the silicone pressure roller of the composite part and the calendering mechanism through a third level chain transmission. The pressure roller group maintains a suitable working pressure under the action of stepless adjustment of pressure.

4. The computer control system adopts a microprocessor, and the hardware configuration consists of a main board, digital button board, optical isolation board, power board, stepper motor power drive board, etc.
